Shipping policy

Our shipping costs are based off of weight, size and where we will be shipping to. Items are shipped via USPS using Priority Mail or Parcel Select within 1-3 business days of when the order was placed. Transit time within the U.S. can take 1-10 business days. *Please note that USPS only includes the time a package stays in transit in their estimations. As soon as package is dropped off or picked up via USPS, customer is responsible for tracking information. All packages are given a tracking number, which customer will be provided with via text message or email.

Authentico Goods is not responsible for lost or damaged packages and/or goods. We take pride in our products and do our best to make sure all packages are secure & packaged with much care. In the case of damaged products or any other concerns please contact USPS for more information.

Orders placed after 3pm (Central time) Monday through Friday, will be shipped out on the next 1-3 businesses days.

At this time Authentico Goods is only shipping items within the United States and Canada.
